On Friday, my mom and I decided to do some extra cardio after gym. My trainer, Gavin, gave us a lot of arms, shoulders and tummy exercises to compensate for the extra leg work we were about to do on Jacobs Ladder.
Our journey began as we parked on the Main Road in St James. I believe that if you are going to do any exercises involving stairs, always start by walking up and end by walking down, because walking up is always a hundred times more difficult.
Unfortunately, there was a group of construction workers doing their thing in the middle of Jacobs Ladder, so we opted for an equally difficult set of stairs two roads down on Ley Road.
Look at all those stairs! It was pretty tough, but the view from the top was amazing!
